About Prof. Vaibhav A. Joshi

Learning is the other name of growth. We learn right from birth up to the last moment of our life. This process of learning gives me the energy and enthusiasm to live and learn more. It also gives me a sense of satisfaction.

Prof. Vaibhav A. Joshi is a postgraduate in "Population Studies" from "International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Govt. of India" and in "Statistics" from "Dr. B. A. M. University, Aurangabad". Presently he is working as Assistant Professor and Class In Charge of FY BBA at MIT-World Peace University, Pune.

He is an avid practitioner and teacher of Yoga. He is an expert in Yoga and he has qualified to be a "Yog Pandit"(Yoga expert) and "Yog Adhyapak"(Yoga Professor) from "Yog Vidya Dham", Nasik, one of the prime institutions of Yoga in India.

He specializes in techniques for improving mental as well as physical fitness. He conducts various workshops, training sessions in different organizations, colleges, schools, etc. for their employees/students as well as for individuals of all age groups.

His core subjects are Yoga, Yogic treatment, Statistics, Population sciences / Demography, Operations Research, Research Methodology, Vedic Mathematics, etc.

In the academic year 2012-13, he had received an award for "Innovative & Best activities" under the National Service Scheme through the hands of the Honourable Vice-Chancellor of the University of Pune, Pune. He was appointed as "N.S.S. Area Coordinator" for the academic year 2012-13.
